DevOps Engineer position with responsibilities including providing Level 1 operational support for DevOps platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and application deployment environments; monitoring build pipelines, deployment jobs, and automation workflows; initial troubleshooting of build failures, deployment issues, and pipeline alerts; monitoring application and infrastructure logs; supporting CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar); repository management; monitoring containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes); cloud platform monitoring (AWS, Azure, GCP); executing standard DevOps procedures; incident management and ITSM ticket updates; supporting multiple environments and 24/7 shift-based remote or onsite support; and collaboration with development and infrastructure teams.
