This role plays a key part in making HireHawk visible, approachable, and active every day.\n\n### About the Role\n\nWe’re looking for a reliable and creative Community & Content Specialist to manage our community and maintain a consistent content presence across platforms.\n\nYou will engage with members, create content, and help grow our audience through interaction and structured posting — not random posting.\n\nThis role focuses on consistency, organization, and engagement rather than one-time viral content.\n\n### What You’ll Do\n\n### Community Management\n\n* Engage daily with members and respond to comments and messages\n* Encourage participation through discussions and activities\n* Build relationships with active members\n* Maintain a professional and supportive environment\n\n### Content Creation\n\n* Create short-form videos, posts, and simple graphics\n* Write captions adapted to each platform \n Maintain a consistent posting schedule\n* Repurpose content into different formats\n\n### Growth & Visibility\n\n* Monitor which content performs best\n* Suggest new ideas and formats\n* Support follower and community growth\n* Help maintain an active brand presence\n\n### Organization & Tracking\n\n* Maintain a content calendar\n* Track engagement and growth metrics\n* Share simple weekly performance updates\n* Coordinate priorities with leadership \n \n \n* 2+ years managing social media, communities, or content accounts\n* Strong written English communication\n* Comfortable creating or appearing in video content\n* Organized and consistent with posting schedules\n* Understanding of engagement metrics (comments, saves, reach)\n* Comfortable working with a remote team\n* Reliable and proactive \n \n \n### Nice to Have\n\n* Experience with recruiting or professional communities\n* Canva, CapCut, or similar tools\n* LinkedIn or TikTok content experience\n* Experience growing an account or community\n* Experience creating or managing content inside Skool communities \n \n \n### What Success Looks Like\n\n* Consistent posting cadence\n* Active conversations in the community\n* Increasing engagement and followers\n* Members interacting regularly with the brand\n* Clear and organized content workflow \n \n \n### Why Join HireHawk\n\n* Stable remote role working with U.S. team\n* Clear expectations and ownership\n* Structured but creative environment\n* Opportunity to grow into marketing or brand roles
