As part of the Italian-speaking customer service team based in Lisbon, you'll ensure guests receive excellent support and a smooth reservation experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nManage inbound phone and email contacts from Italian-speaking customers.\nProvide hotel information, pricing details, and assist with reservations and payments.\nResolve inquiries about loyalty programs and customer accounts.\nUtilize reservation systems efficiently to match customer needs.\nConvert calls into confirmed bookings through effective communication and sales techniques.\nCollaborate with colleagues to maintain high performance standards and customer satisfaction.\nTraining Program\nDuration: ~7 working days, 8hours/day, in English.\nContent: System tools, reservation process, customer communication, and product knowledge.\nCompensation: 185.60per week (paid upon successful completion).\nContract signing occurs at the end of training or on the following workday.\nWorking Conditions\nWorkplace: Modern office in central Lisbon (near Intercampus Metro and Train Station).\nSchedule: 40hours per week (8hours/day + 1hour lunch break).
