A successful Business Analyst at Sun* will act as the intersection between business needs and the technical solutions they require. As an analytical definition visionary, you'll swiftly absorb complex information, translate it into a format that our business teams and clients can grasp, and execute well-planned initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive business process analysis to understand and document the current state, gaps, and proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with different project stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring technical feasibility and timely delivery.
• Act as a liaison between the technical team and the business stakeholders, translating technical language into business terms and vice versa.
• Developing and updating business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and operational procedures.
• Conduct acceptance testing and training to end-users, ensuring successful system implementation and adoption.
• Recommend business process optimization strategies and monitor the impact by tracking KPI's and other success metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. An advanced degree would be a plus.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a business environment.
• Solid analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Experience with data analysis tools is desirable.
• Clear, concise, and persuasive communication skills. Proficiency in providing clear explanations of complex concepts or technology to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in business analysis methodologies and documentation trends.
• Experience in project management and proficiency in project management software/tools.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise software solutions would be an advantage.
