Description
As Tempo's Partner Engineer, you'll be the technical force behind how the world's most important financial infrastructure integrates with our protocol. You'll own integration surfaces end to end to get wallets, bridges, custody providers, and compliance tools across the finish line, debugging blockers in real time, writing the guides and templates that make integrations repeatable, and turning what you learn in partner channels into better product decisions.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineering and GTM to lead integration strategy across wallets, bridges, custody, compliance, and infrastructure partners, writing the guides, templates, and tooling that make integrations faster and more reliable
Own adoption of Tempo's core features by building dashboards and trackers, identifying who should be using what and why they aren't, and driving partners to ship
Debug integrations directly with partners in real time; own the resolution and make sure the same issue doesn't surface again
Translate repeated integration pain into clear product requirements, API changes, and developer experience improvements, and be the most informed voice on the integration layer inside the product org
Proactively identify new integration opportunities and surfaces where a targeted push unlocks meaningful adoption
Qualifications
Experience building or deploying production blockchain applications in wallets, stablecoin orchestration, bridges, custody, or protocol infrastructure
Deep EVM fluency: smart contract systems, gas mechanics, RPC behavior, token standards, contract deployment
Technically strong enough to prototype, debug, test, and verify fixes independently
Exceptional communicator with experience working across technical and non-technical audiences
Attributes
Treats integration issues as product problems, not tickets to close
Sharp, fast thinker who can context switch between a production incident and a product spec in the same afternoon
Thrives in ambiguity and comfortable defining the job as much as executing it
Intense curiosity about how financial infrastructure actually works at the protocol level
High ownership: if a partner isn't succeeding, that's your problem to solve
Company
Tempo is a Layer‑1 blockchain designed for real‑world payments and stablecoins. It enables high‑throughput, low‑cost global transactions for diverse use cases, including machine payments, and was developed with input from fintechs, banks, and commerce platforms.
