We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled AI Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, design, and emerging AI technologies producing high-impact video content for Instagram, YouTube, and digital campaigns.

You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into engaging, visually compelling content using a combination of traditional editing tools, motion graphics, and AI-generated visuals

Key Responsibilities

Edit high-quality video content for Instagram (Reels), YouTube (Shorts & long-form), and digital campaigns
Integrate AI-generated visuals, animations, and enhancements into video content
Create motion graphics, titles, overlays, and transitions aligned with brand identity
Develop visually engaging storytelling formats optimised for short-form attention spans
Collaborate with the team on creative direction, concepts, and content strategy
Optimise videos for each platform (formatting, pacing, captions, hooks)
Stay up to date with AI tools, editing trends, and social media algorithms
Manage multiple projects with fast turnaround times

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics
Strong proficiency in tools such as:
Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
After Effects (essential for motion graphics)
Hands-on experience with AI video tools, such as:
Runway ML
Pika Labs
Descript
Midjourney (for assets/visuals)
Strong understanding of social-first content (hooks, pacing, retention)
Ability to combine AI-generated content with real footage seamlessly
Basic understanding of sound design and colour grading

Requirements

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Experience working with brands, startups, or digital platforms
Knowledge of YouTube growth and Instagram algorithm optimisation
Familiarity with CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Blender
Experience creating viral or high-performing short-form content
