About the job German speaking Content Moderator

We are looking for a German-speaking Content Moderator to join our client You will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring user-generated content to ensure a safe and positive online environment.

Key Responsibilities

Review, classify, and moderate content (text, images, video) according to internal policies and guidelines.
Remove or flag content that violates community standards.
Identify trends and escalate emerging issues to relevant teams.
Maintain accuracy and consistency in moderation decisions.
Handle sensitive and sometimes challenging content with professionalism.

Requirements

Languages: German (C1 or higher, mandatory) and English (B2 or higher).
Previous experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or customer support is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high volumes of content.
Resilience and ability to manage exposure to sensitive material.
Flexible to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.
