Overview Benepass is hiring our first Manager, Proposals & Content Operations to build and own our end-to-end RFP and proposal function. As we continue to scale upmarket and increase deal complexity, this role will define the systems, content foundation, and processes that enable high-quality, consistent, and efficient responses across the business. This is a zero-to-one role with significant ownership, partnering closely with Sales, Strategic Alliances, and Product Marketing to improve win rates, reduce sales burden, and elevate how we show up in competitive enterprise opportunities. A key part of this role will be leveraging AI and automation to scale output and continuously improve quality.
