About the Client

Our client is a fast-growing consultancy specializing in scaling brands through TikTok Shop. They operate in a high-performance, results-driven environment where ownership, speed, and accountability are key.

The team works closely with eCommerce brands to drive GMV growth, leveraging creator partnerships, data-driven strategies, and continuous optimization.

About the Role

We are looking for a TikTok Shop Specialist to support and scale brand performance on TikTok Shop.

In this role, you will manage client accounts, execute growth strategies, and collaborate with creators to drive results. This is a client-facing, execution-focused role ideal for someone who is hands-on and eager to grow in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Account Management

  • Support and participate in strategy calls with clients
  • Assist in delivering weekly performance reports and updates
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients

2. Strategic Execution

  • Execute TikTok Shop growth strategies for assigned brands
  • Identify optimization opportunities based on performance data
  • Support implementation of campaign improvements

3. Affiliate & Creator Management

  • Assist in sourcing and onboarding creators
  • Coordinate partnerships and track performance
  • Support relationship management with creators

4. Platform Optimization

  • Help optimize TikTok Shop listings and product performance
  • Support CRM flows and customer engagement initiatives
  • Stay updated on TikTok Shop trends and best practices

5. Operations & Coordination

  • Track tasks and workflows using Asana
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution
  • Maintain organization across multiple projects

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in TikTok shop and account management
  • Exposure to TikTok, influencer marketing, or affiliate programs
  • Experience supporting client-facing work or stakeholder communication
  • Strong organizational and execution skills
  • Data-driven mindset with basic performance analysis skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with tools like Asana, ClickUp, or similar
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours

Nice to Have

  • Experience with creator partnerships
  • Background in agencies, eCommerce, or digital marketing
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or marketing automation
  • Basic understanding of paid media or performance marketing
