Field Sales Team Lead

At Whizz, we're transforming transportation for delivery drivers, offering reliable mobility solutions for everyone, regardless of financial background.

As a team leader, you will oversee and support the sales team in building relationships with delivery workers to promote and drive sales of our e-bike services. Your role includes managing and training the team, optimizing performance, and ensuring sales targets are met while maintaining strong community engagement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Sales — Identify and approach potential clients, primarily delivery workers, to introduce and sell our ebike solutions. Achieve a goal of 30 sales in the first month and maintain an average of 60 sales per month thereafter.

  • Onboarding & training – Provide in-field training, teach sales techniques, mentor team members for continuous growth.

  • Management & coaching – Oversee daily team operations, create schedules, coach team members, and improve sales processes.

  • Reporting – Generate sales and performance reports, analyze key metrics, and communicate insights to your manager

  • Marketing materials – Create briefs for designers and coordinate the distribution of materials with your team.

  • Sales experience – Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role.

  • Leadership & team management – Experience leading a team, setting goals, coaching, and managing performance.

  • Training & mentoring – Ability to train new hires, improve sales techniques, and provide ongoing support.

  • Driven & hardworking – Strong work ethic, goal-oriented, and proactive.

  • People skills – Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Persuasive & assertive – Confident in presenting products and closing sales.

  • Industry knowledge – Familiarity with the delivery industry and e-bike market.

  • Work authorization – Legally authorized to work in the US.
