Role Overview

You'll support German-speaking customers via phone and digital channels, assisting with orders, deliveries, account questions, and general product-related inquiries. Training is provided, and you'll work within a well-established, professional support operation.

Working Model

• Rotational shifts (24/7 environment, including weekends)
