Educational Requirement:

Work Experience:

Minimum 1 year experience as a trainer
Preferred: Retail background, but can be a trainer for any customer service accounts
Good communication skills

Responsibilities:

Training Needs Assessment: Identify skill gaps and training requirements through surveys, interviews, and performance analysis.
Curriculum Development: Design and develop training programs, including materials, presentations, and online resources, tailored to different departments and skill levels.
Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars using various methods like lectures, interactive activities, and simulations.
Evaluation and Improvement: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments.
