In this role, the Program Manager oversees multiple high visibility projects using agile best practices, ensuring alignment across internal teams, including sales and delivery, and key customer stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a strong track record of managing and scaling large, strategic customer portfolios (> $10M) and developing a robust delivery organization. A core part of this role will also involve nurturing future leaders within the team, helping us grow responsibly while staying true to our engineering principles and positive culture.
