The Role
The Operations Coordinator (Outbound) is responsible for owning day-to-day outbound execution, ensuring all orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This role acts as a lead on the floor, supporting the Supervisor in driving productivity, order accuracy, and overall fulfillment performance.
Responsibilities:
Own outbound execution to meet daily pick, pack, and dispatch timelines
Lead floor workflow by prioritizing work and keeping the team aligned to daily goals
Perform and oversee picking, packing, and shipping (SKU, batch, quantity verification)
Maintain accountability for order accuracy, minimizing mispicks, mispacks, and delays
Drive quality and order integrity
Own exceptions and order edits:
Identify and resolve picking/packing issues (inventory, batch, quantity)
Ensure proper use of Mispick Workflow and follow through on resolution
Support order edits and system updates to maintain accuracy
Communicate issues/changes to CX or brands and ensure full resolution
Maintain organization of packing and staging areas
Coordinate with Inventory, QA, and Dispatch to keep fulfillment running smoothly
Provide on-the-floor guidance and support to associates
Support performance tracking, training, and process improvements
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and twist
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Ability to work occasional evening/weekend shifts
- Cannabis experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent judgement and work ethic
- Professionalism, patience and process-driven approach
- Adaptability, low-ego and high attention to detail
- Can-do attitude and team player
- Computer skills
