E-commerce | Health & Beauty | Part-Time with Full-Time Growth Path

We are hiring a CRO Specialist to help improve the performance of high-converting sales funnels for e-commerce brands in the health and beauty space across EU and US markets.

This is a hands-on role for someone who already understands how funnels drive revenue and knows how to improve performance through stronger conversion strategy, offer structure, copy, and optimization. You will work on the core revenue engine of the business, identifying weak points in funnel performance and turning working funnels into stronger, more profitable ones.

This role will start at around 20 hours per week, with a strong path toward full-time growth for the right person. Over time, this person may also grow into a leadership role managing the funnel team, depending on performance and business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze funnel performance and identify conversion bottlenecks

  • Improve conversion rate, AOV, and overall funnel profitability

  • Optimize offers, bundles, pricing structures, and upsell logic

  • Build and improve post-purchase and upsell flows

  • Review data from funnels and campaigns to understand what is working and what is hurting performance

  • Run tests, implement improvements, and monitor results

  • Apply strong judgment to diagnose why metrics are underperforming

  • Work closely with the existing funnel team and take ownership of optimization strategy

  • Contribute ideas proactively to improve both performance and process

  • Potentially grow into leading or managing the funnel team over time

  • Proven experience in CRO, ideally in e-commerce

  • Hands-on experience working with funnel builders such as Funnelish, ClickFunnels, or similar tools

  • Strong understanding of:

  • Conversion rate optimization

  • AOV optimization

  • Offer and pricing structure

  • Upsells and post-purchase flows

  • Good copy instincts or practical copywriting ability for funnel optimization

  • Experience in health, beauty, or similar direct-response e-commerce niches is a strong plus

  • Ability to take ownership and work with high autonomy

  • Availability for some overlap with UK working hours

  • Around 20 hours per week to start

  • Clear opportunity to grow into a full-time position

  • Performance-based bonuses

  • Direct impact on revenue and business results

  • High level of ownership and autonomy

  • Investment in your development through courses and training

  • Opportunity to grow into a broader specialist or leadership role over time
