Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a passionate Flutter Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in mobile development with Flutter and is skilled at creating seamless cross-platform applications. This role focuses on development, collaboration, and delivering high-quality user experiences.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart for iOS and Android.
  • Develop native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) components as needed to enhance app functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with backend developers (Python/Django) to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Optimize app performance for responsiveness, stability, and low resource usage.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across platforms.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Stay current with emerging mobile technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
  • Work with product and design teams to translate requirements into high-quality user experiences

Some Must-Haves:

  • 3+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 2 years with Flutter.
  • Proficiency in Dart, with experience in State Management techniques (Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc).
  • Experience building and releasing apps on iOS and Android.
  • Knowledge of native mobile development in Kotlin and Swift.
  • Familiarity with Python/Django backend integration.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling.
  • Experience with version control tools like Git.
  • Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. We work for security-conscious clients, thus background checks will be required.
