We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a hybrid profile and strong technical capability to lead the full lifecycle of integration and automation projects. The candidate will serve as the strategic bridge between business needs and technical execution, translating complex processes into functional requirements, as well as documenting and managing automated workflows in UiPath and GlobalCapture.

Key Responsibilities

Create detailed requirements and lead the execution of integration projects.
Document and manage business logic in automations using UiPath.
Administer workflows and intelligent data capture in GlobalCapture.
Ensure alignment between business stakeholders and the development team.

Key Requirements

Essential Skills (Hard Skills)

Expert command of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Advanced experience gathering requirements for system integrations (APIs, middleware).
Ability to document logical architecture diagrams and data mapping.
Knowledge of document capture tools (OCR) and content management.

Developer Role Skills (Technical Stack):

RPA: Managing and documenting processes in UiPath.
Document Management: Technical configuration in GlobalCapture (Square 9).
Data: SQL queries to validate data flows.
Required Years of Experience: Minimum 6 to 8 years in similar roles (BA / Technical PM). -
Required English Level: C1 / C2 (Advanced / Bilingual)
