Growth Manager, Paid and Lifecycle

- Own end-to-end project management for paid and lifecycle campaigns — from kickoff through launch — ensuring clear timelines, defined roles, and streamlined processes
- Lead weekly sprint planning and manage status tracking to keep initiatives moving forward and on schedule
- Develop and execute creative strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams — from copywriting to visual assets
- Set up and maintain robust tracking and analytics to measure campaign performance and ROI, and continuously optimize for growth
