This position will help with finding new talent for Quantum Strides including finding the right individuals for information technology positions for Quantum Strides customers and when required also support the needs of the organizations multiple practice areas. The ideal candidate will be a dependable team player with strong recruiting experience and skills, business maturity and enthusiasm and with the ability to deliver a high level of customer service. This role will additionally also coordinate with the Human Resource department to support activities such as offer letter review, reference checks, employee onboarding and offboarding. This position will require working US Eastern time zone (6 AM to 3 PM US EST). Job Duties and Responsibility: Manage End-to-End Recruitment for Information Technology staffing as well as positions for Quantum Strides Practice Areas. These include recruiting for both Permanent and Contract roles. Work with internal hiring manager(s) or Staffing Account Managers to define and create job descriptions and document specifications. Create a candidate persona for each open position. Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels including social media, internet, and job boards. Pre-screening prospective candidates to analyze and understand their skills, abilities, and aptitude for the job. Work with organizational leaders to review talent gaps and develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans. Consistently meet recruiting metrics and achieve recruiting goals and targets regularly Submit weekly recruitment metrics and reporting.
