We are looking for a seasoned and strategic finance leader to head the Finance function within a fast-growing pharmaceutical or manufacturing organization. This role will be responsible for shaping financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling business growth through robust financial planning, analysis, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Finance & Accounts function, including accounting, taxation, audits, and compliance
• Drive financial planning processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy aligned with business goals
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, MIS preparation, and month-end closures
• Manage P&L, cash flow, and working capital to optimize financial performance
• Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and risk management practices
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and regulatory bodies
• Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic decision-making
• Oversee direct and indirect taxation, ensuring full statutory compliance
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation initiatives, and cost optimization strategies
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team

Key Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA Inter
• 15+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts
• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, and forecasting
• Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems
• Deep understanding of compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical mindset with strategic thinking capabilities
