Someone who shows thinking, not just execution. In your day-to-day, you’ll: Collaborate with brand designers, illustrators, art directors, and technical designers, with mentorship built into your work, not tacked on Shape global projects – from digital campaigns to employer branding, from conference stages to product templates Play across mediums – with web and digital first, but also print, spatial design, and physical brand moments Share your work in open sessions, get constructive feedback, and see your ideas sharpened and celebrated Leverage AI tools to explore new design possibilities, optimize design workflows and accelerate creative development.
