What You’ll Do

  • Design and produce a wide range of marketing assets, including:

  • Digital ads and campaign creatives

  • Banners and landing page visuals

  • Sales and marketing presentations (Google Slides)

  • Reports, internal decks, and branded content materials

  • Translate briefs into clear, compelling visual concepts

  • Update website visuals

  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints — every asset should feel cohesive and on-brand

  • Work across Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-powered design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Firefly, Canva) to deliver high-quality work efficiently

  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate production, from image generation to layout iteration and template scaling

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and cross-functional teams as needed

  • Proactively suggest creative ideas and improvements

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of proven experience as a marketing or graphic designer (preferably in tech or digital products)
  • A strong portfolio (required) — applications without a portfolio will not be considered
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Hands-on experience with AI design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Firefly, Canva) and a demonstrated ability to use them effectively
  • High professional proficiency in English (all content is conducted in English)
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects end-to-end, and manage time effectively
  • Experience working with global brands or B2B companies; familiarity with enterprise marketing funnels and go-to-market strategies**- big advantage**
  • Ability to invoice monthly based on hours worked
