Business Operations Lead

We’re looking for a Business Operations Lead to join the BTSE team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the COO and the COO Office leadership, leading the BizOps team to strengthen operational excellence and support scalable growth across the BTSE ecosystem. You’ll oversee a range of key initiatives, from improving internal governance and back-office systems to supporting go-to-market efforts for licensed entities and joint ventures. The role also focuses on building stronger business continuity frameworks and driving cost efficiency.
