Description
- Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and non-engineering roles in the Krakow office
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, local networks, and other creative channels
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate on candidates, and move quickly on strong profiles
- Manage candidate experience end-to-end — clear communication, timely feedback, and a process that reflects well on Pave
- Help build and document recruiting processes, tooling, and workflows as the office scales
- Work alongside or manage relationships with external agencies where needed
- Occasionally support office and event coordination as the Krakow team grows — helping organize team gatherings, offsites, or office logistics on an as-needed basis
- Own the closing process for high caliber candidates while selling Pave’s mission
