We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Director to join our organization and take responsibility for leading and managing the IT functions supporting our HR and Finance departments.

The IT Director will be responsible for developing and executing transformation strategies, overseeing initiatives, and ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of systems that support the HR and Finance functions.

Responsibilities include developing transformation strategies and roadmaps for HR and Finance, collaborating with department leaders, guiding software selection and maintenance, leading IT staff, overseeing operations, evaluating technologies, finalizing SAP S/4 and Workday implementation, collaborating across teams, monitoring IT performance metrics, and staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), 8-10+ years in Finance transformation management, strong knowledge of HR/Finance processes and systems, leadership and PM skills, data security/compliance understanding, and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.
