We are currently seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join our expanding team in Barcelona. This is a hybrid/onsite role where you will work from our Barcelona office while also having the option to work remotely within Barcelona. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and helping them solve their business challenges with our technology solutions.

Position Overview: As a Business Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to identify and generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients, specifically German-speaking companies, to present our technology solutions. You will serve as the first point of contact for new business prospects and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that opportunities are qualified, nurtured, and transitioned into the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Reach out to potential clients in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) via cold calls, emails, and digital channels. Identify decision-makers, qualify leads, and generate new business opportunities.
- Consultative Selling: Use a consultative sales approach to engage with prospects, uncover their business needs, and align our technology solutions to address those needs. Provide initial assessments and insights into how our products can help them achieve their goals.
- Building Relationships: Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders at potential client companies, engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers. Build trust and credibility to ensure long-term business relationships.
- Market & Competitor Research: Stay informed about the latest trends in the German-speaking market and technology industry. Use insights to tailor sales approaches and identify emerging business opportunities. Monitor competitor activity and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborating with Sales Teams: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment. Support the handoff of qualified leads to the sales team and ensure a smooth transition through the sales cycle.
- Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, sales-qualified opportunities (SQOs), and revenue growth. Manage a high volume of outreach activities while maintaining focus on quality interactions and customer satisfaction.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress using CRM tools. Provide regular updates and reports on your sales performance, lead conversion rates, and overall progress towards targets.
- Client Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from prospects and clients about their experience with the sales process. Work closely with the team to continuously improve lead qualification processes and overall customer engagement.
- Ongoing Learning & Development: Participate in training sessions to deepen your understanding of our technology solutions and sales methodologies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve your skills.
