As an Anti-Fraud Manager, you will be leading a team responsible for designing and maintaining automated trading abuse monitoring solutions. The role focuses on real-time exposure control, execution risk monitoring, and analytical tooling in a high-frequency trading environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of risk analysts and developers working on automated risk and monitoring solutions.
Act as a subject-matter expert and escalation point for complex trading issues.
Design, oversee, and continuously improve analytical models to identify abnormal trading behavior.
Work closely with the Dealing department to align automated risk control processes with operational workflows.
Lead the enhancement of risk policies, limits, and control frameworks.

Requirements:

Experience with risk analytics and automated control systems
Strong knowledge of Forex markets and dealing desk operations
Experience working with real-time market and trading data
Proficiency in data analysis and automation tools (e.g., Python, SQL) would be considered a big plus
Team leadership and mentoring capability
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
An analytical mindset with high attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment
English – professional working proficiency
