Technical Program Manager\n\nWe are flexible on location throughout the US and the expected travel for this role is about 50%. Travel varies from 2 days to 2 weeks at a time but rarely exceeds 2 weeks per month.\n\nYour key responsibilities will be:\n\n* Planning, organizing, and monitoring projects and programs\n* Creating tactical plans and monitoring and reporting on progress\n* Working directly with the client to determine the on-site escalation process\n* Managing cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams, communicating objectives and direction clearly\n* Developing a roadmap to connect projects to a Program (multi-project campus or site)\n* Assessing program performance\n* Representing project team at routine technical meetings\n* Assessing project completion vs budget and coordinating staff adjustments and change orders with Site Leads and Project Managers\n* Preparing reports for Delivery Managers and Project Managers\n* Supporting senior management with business development activities
