DATAMARK, Inc. is seeking a passionate and experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a leading provider of business process outsourcing solutions, we understand that the true value of our company comes from our people. This role is essential in identifying, attracting, and selecting top candidates who align with our culture and business goals.
The Recruiter will be responsible for developing effective recruitment strategies, managing the interview process, and delivering a positive candidate experience. They should be up to date with labor market trends and skilled in using digital tools to attract talent.
University degree or relevant experience in a related field preferred
At least 1 year of experience in recruitment and talent selection
Knowledge of digital recruitment tools and platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a dynamic, multitasking environment
Understanding of current labor market trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
Bilingual: Spanish / English – C1 level
