Quality Control Supervisor

Job Description:

Ensure overall building quality meets company standards and specifications
Verify that all materials and construction processes comply with the company's quality standards
Review and monitor inspectors' work to ensure alignment with the company's quality requirements
Provide guidance and direction to workers and contractors regarding the company's quality standards

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Control within a landed house contractor or landed residential developer
Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and procedures
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams and contractors
