As an Analyst Recruiter, you will play a key role in driving data-informed hiring decisions while executing end-to-end recruitment processes. This role blends recruiting execution with analytics, giving you visibility into both talent strategy and business impact.
You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to ensure we attract, engage, and hire the right talent—while continuously improving our processes through insights and metrics.
What you’ll do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and build clear, effective job profiles.
- Leverage data and analytics to track pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversion rates, and hiring efficiency.
- Develop sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and niche platforms.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives in collaboration with Marketing and P&C (social media, content, campaigns).
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
What we’re looking for
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR analytics roles.
- Strong command of English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and sourcing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Strong analytical skills—comfortable working with data, metrics, and reporting.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights (this is where many recruiters fall short—you won’t).
