We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain robust networking infrastructure that ensures seamless connectivity, security, and high availability across systems. In this role, you will be responsible for managing enterprise-level networks, troubleshooting complex issues, and optimizing performance to support business operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable networking solutions while ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in networking concepts, hands-on experience with network devices and protocols, and the ability to operate effectively in dynamic, high-availability environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and cloud-based network infrastructure
Monitor network performance, availability, and security, ensuring minimal downtime
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues including connectivity, latency, and packet loss
Implement and manage routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, etc.)
Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and network security systems
Support deployment and management of network devices such as routers, switches, and load balancers
Ensure network scalability and reliability to meet growing business requirements
Perform network capacity planning and performance tuning
Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and security teams for infrastructure improvements
Maintain network documentation, configurations, and standard operating procedures
Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies for network systems
Stay updated with emerging networking technologies and recommend improvements

What Makes You a Great Fit

2+ years of hands-on experience in networking and infrastructure management
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, switching)
Experience with network hardware (Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent)
Knowledge of network security practices including firewalls and intrusion detection systems
Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for resolving complex network issues
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in fast-paced environments
Good communication and collaboration skills
Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus
Proactive mindset with a focus on performance optimization and system reliability
