Job Description

Experience in working as a business analyst for implementing eCommerce solutions in both B2B and B2C environments.
Functional and technical expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud and Hybris technology or similar.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of Atlassian-based tools like Confluence and JIRA.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Take the lead on gathering requirements and describing user stories for the B2B SAP Commerce solution.
Write Epics and User Stories in detail and prepare acceptance criteria.
Possess knowledge of eCommerce frameworks like Magento, AEM, Hybris, and Shopify.
Oversee end-to-end processes in the eCommerce ecosystem.
Work closely with developers and design teams to clarify requirements.
Collaborate with the Product Owner Team, Business, Design Team, and UX to understand business needs.
Hand over elaborated requirements to the development teams and support them by providing clarifications.
Produce concise and accurate functional documentation to support the business learning curve.

Nice to Have:

Practical experience in the B2B industry, with an optional focus on the steel trading business.
Experience in SAP ERP and SAP Commerce integration scenarios and processes.

Knowhow on tools

Atlassian tools like Jira, Confluence

Hybris SAP Commerce Platform

Expected deliverables
