MyOutDesk (MOD) is looking for a high-performing Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join a top-tier company, closing 12–15 transactions per month. This isn't just a lead-calling role; you will be the engine re-engaging a massive database of untapped opportunities to drive new growth.

As an ISA at MOD, you will "Work Globally and Live Locally" from our hub in San Isidro. You’ll act as a force multiplier for our client's agents, qualifying leads based on motivation and timeline while setting high-quality appointments. What You'll Do

  • Database Re-engagement: Proactively call, text, and email an existing database of leads to identify immediate opportunities and long-term nurtures.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on timeline, motivation, financing, and location to ensure high-quality handoffs to agents.
  • Appointment Setting: Book qualified buyer and seller appointments directly onto agent calendars with precision.
  • CRM Mastery: Maintain and optimize CRM systems by logging every call, note, and disposition in real time.
  • Follow-up Excellence: Execute consistent, "pleasantly persistent" follow-up cadences across multiple channels, including support for drip campaigns.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide daily and weekly updates on activity metrics, conversations, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborative Growth: Work closely with U.S. team leadership to align on lead routing, feedback loops, and priority shifts.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience as an ISA, SDR, or inside sales professional supporting a U.S.-based business—ideally in real estate.
  • English Fluency: Advanced/Fluent English (C1-C2) suitable for U.S. corporate and real estate communication.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Mandatory fluency in both English and Spanish to engage with a high volume of Spanish-speaking leads.
  • Phone Confidence: Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and handling objections with resilience and composure.
  • Location: Must be able to work on-site at our San Isidro headquarters in Lima.
