Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management delivery on a large‑scale, mission‑critical data center program. In addition to core cost management responsibilities, this position will serve as the primary site lead, acting as the day‑to‑day client interface and ensuring consistent, high‑quality service delivery across all on‑site activities.

This is a highly visible, client‑facing position responsible for driving governance, commercial rigor, and strong stakeholder engagement to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, is comfortable operating independently in a fast‑paced environment, and collaborates effectively with both client and internal teams.

Role requires 50% onsite presence in Hall County; greater Amarillo, Texas area.
