Career Opportunity: Dutch-speaking Customer Expert in Greece (Remote)

Cross Border Talents is hiring fluent Dutch speakers to join a dynamic team based in the beautiful coastal city of Thessaloniki, Greece. This role offers a perfect blend of professional growth and a Mediterranean lifestyle.

💰 Financial Package:

Base Salary: €1,300 gross/month.

Productivity Bonus: Up to 15% of gross salary based on targets.

Accommodation Bonus: €150 gross/month for the first year.

Relocation Support: Total of €1,200 in bonuses (phased over 9 months).

📋 Key Information:

Work Model: Remote (Must be based in Thessaloniki).

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Rotating shifts 08:00 – 23:00) + occasional weekends.

Contract: 8-month initial contract with career growth opportunities.

Role: Handling after-sales inquiries via phone, chat, and email regarding orders, payments, and logistics.

🎯 Requirements:

Dutch: C1 level or higher (Fluent).

English: B2 level or higher (Proficient).

Skills: Strong PC literacy, stress tolerance, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Experience: Previous customer-facing experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
