We have an exciting opportunity to join us at Codecool as an Instructional Designer!

The successful candidate will work within our Product Team to design, develop, and deliver compelling learning experiences.

Our ideal candidate

  • Has UI/UX experience
  • Has strong visual perception and a creative mindset
  • Can independently produce engaging visual content
  • Has advanced English and fluent Hungarian language knowledge
  • Having experience in educational design or training development is a plus
  • Having experience with HTML/CSS, generative AI tools or creating animations is a plus

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Designing the look & feel and the visual concept of instructional materials and programs
  • Designing and developing engaging and interactive learning content, including presentations, videos, simulations, quizzes, and other instructional materials from scratch
  • Implementing evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of training programs and materials 
  • Collecting and analyzing feedback from learners and stakeholders to make data-driven improvements to instructional content
