Job Responsibilities
- Monitoring & Data Analysis (Channel Operations)
- Monitor daily transaction data of payment channels, and track the performance of different regions, currencies (e.g., SGD, USD, EUR, etc.) and payment methods (credit cards, local e-wallets, etc.).
- Identify transaction anomalies and potential risks through data insights, communicate and resolve issues with payment providers in a timely manner to ensure the stability of the payment process.
- Business Growth & Campaign Planning (Business Operations)
- Plan and launch region-specific business activities periodically in line with the company’s business strategy.
- Design incentive programs for specific currencies or payment methods, optimize user payment experience, and be directly responsible for the growth of Total Payment Volume (TPV).
- Channel Onboarding & Documentation Management (Channel Coordination)
- Conduct daily liaison with global payment providers, follow up on channel applications, compliance reviews and all paperwork throughout the integration process.
- Complete application forms accurately and follow up on business emails efficiently to ensure smooth progress of channel expansion.
Job Requirements
- Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree or above; Finance, International Trade, E-Commerce or related majors are preferred.
- Industry Experience: Familiar with the cross-border payment industry, with knowledge of mainstream international/regional payment products and multi-currency settlement processes.
- Data Sensitivity: Strong data analysis skills, able to extract core issues from complex transaction reports.
- Communication & Coordination: Excellent communication skills and business writing skills; fluent in written and spoken English (required for handling foreign channel emails and documents).
- Work Ethic: Detail-oriented, patient with routine paperwork, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
