  • To plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas.
  •  Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to immediate supervisor
  • Grow sales in the area and sector(s) by identifying, analyzing, and addressing opportunities for new customer acquisition as well as within existing customers through product and application recommendations.
  • Continuously focus on sales growth execution and sales target achievement.
  • Coordinate with TCS to ensure appropriate service support for respective accounts.
  • Consult with Key Account Managers to ensure account management support delivered in respective accounts.
  • Monitor account receivable collection and prevent overdue.
