Project Manager
The Project Manager at Bring IT is the owner of the end‑to‑end project delivery, accountable for ensuring that NetSuite implementations and related initiatives are executed in line with agreed scope, timeline, budget, quality standards, and governance, while safeguarding customer satisfaction and Bring IT’s delivery excellence.
Core Accountability
- Full ownership of project outcomes, from kickoff to handover.
- Primary interface between customer stakeholders and Bring IT delivery teams.
- Escalation Level 1 owner, responsible for resolving delivery issues or triggering escalation when required.
Key Responsibility Areas
Project Planning & Control
- Define and control project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and dependency tracking aligned with the Bring IT 360° Success methodology.
- Ensure all activities remain aligned with contractual commitments and SOW definitions.
Governance & Communication
- Establish and run project governance, including:
- Weekly project meetings
- Steering committees
- Executive reporting cadence
- Provide clear, transparent status reporting covering progress, risks, issues, and decisions.
- Maintain alignment with Delivery Lead / Project Sponsor on strategic decisions and escalations.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, driving clarity on:
- Scope boundaries
- Change management
- Decision ownership
- Ensure customer engagement and readiness across key project phases (UAT, cutover, go‑live).
Team & Resource Coordination
- Coordinate cross‑functional Bring IT teams, including:
- Functional consultants
- Technical consultants
- Solution Architects
- Integration & product teams
- Optimize resource utilization and workload balancing.
- Ensure effective collaboration between functional and technical streams.
Risk, Issue & Change Management
- Identify, document, and actively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Propose and execute mitigation plans proactively.
- Ensure scope deviations are handled via formal change control and governance.
Methodology & Quality Assurance
- Ensure strict adherence to the Bring IT 360° Success Implementation Methodology, aligned with NetSuite Leading Practices.
- Validate delivery artifacts such as:
- Project Charter
- Design documents
- UAT plans
- Cutover & handover documentation
- Drive delivery quality and prevent rework or misalignment.
Customer Adoption & Transition
- Lead activities to ensure successful user adoption.
- Coordinate UAT, training, readiness validation, and handover to support / Care teams.
- Ensure smooth transition from implementation to post‑go‑live operations.
Skills
Must-have
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- 2+ years of proven experience in delivering full-cycle ERP implementation projects
- Experience in NetSuite ERP implementations
- Exprience in Professional Services and SaaS
- Full English Professional Fluency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Suite Success methodology experience
- PMP certification is a plus
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills needed to be effective in a fast-paced high-energy company.
- Display initiative, self-motivation and deliver high-quality work while at the same time, meeting all deadlines for both internal and external customers
