About The Role:

The Client Operations Officer is responsible for handling all types of client queries including onboard (KYC) clients, deposit and withdrawal requests of clients, and supporting clients with any queries related to their trading accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all requests while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires a highly competent team member, eager to provide exceptional client service.

What You Will Do:

  • Review and process client onboarding applications, ensuring all KYC documentation and AML screening are accurately completed

  • Deliver outstanding support to clients through various communication channels (live chats, tickets etc.)

  • Work closely with internal teams and clients to clarify and fulfill documentation requirements

  • Monitor and process client deposits, withdrawals, internal transfers and accountfunding activities

  • Lease with PSPs and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and delays

  • Perform daily reconciliations of funding accounts across multiple providers and banks

  • Escalate and resolve client and PSP issues in a timely manner

  • Assist in optimizing payment workflows and contribute to automation initiatives

  • Monitor fraud indicators and report suspicious activity to the Team Leader of Client Services

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Client Services role

  • Familiarity with PSPs, SWIFT and SEPA and alternative payment methods is considered an advantage

  • Capable of managing complex and high-risk client inquiries with confidence

  • Strong attention to details and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Confident working in shifts (morning - afternoon)
