Drive growth across promotional export markets (Africa, East Asia & CIS) along with exposure to field force driven markets, by strengthening distributor networks, driving market strategies, and ensuring sustainable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and expand the promotional business throughout Africa, East Asia, and the CIS region
  • Create and implement go-to-market strategies using distributor and field force models
  • Select and oversee distributors and partners
  • Guide product strategy, pricing, and market positioning
  • Meet revenue and profitability goals with full P&L responsibility
  • Monitor market performance, competitor activities, and growth opportunities
  • Spearhead new market entries and business development efforts
  • Work closely with Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Marketing departments
  • Handle commercial negotiations and contract management
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team
