Head of HR Shared Services
Description
This is a leadership role within Keller Executive Search, focused on managing and optimizing the HR Shared Services function. The Head of HR Shared Services will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR service delivery models that support Keller Executive Search's workforce efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR Shared Services team to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality support to employees and managers across the organization.
- Develop and implement service delivery strategies that align with Keller Executive Search's business objectives and promote a positive employee experience.
- Manage HR shared service processes including payroll, benefits administration, HR information systems, employee data management, and inquiries resolution.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other HR functions to ensure seamless end-to-end HR service delivery.
- Monitor performance metrics and service levels, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in HR Shared Services or HR operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes such as payroll, benefits, HRIS, and employee data management.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies and HR automation tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience in professional services or recruitment industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
