After School & After Care Educator - Enrichment - Visalia, CA

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our growing family. As an After School Enrichment Educator, you’ll be the spark that makes after-school hours the best part of a student's day! This role focuses on supervising and engaging students during after-school enrichment programming. It’s ideal for educators who enjoy a dynamic environment and are passionate about creating safe, engaging, and supportive learning experiences. In this role, you will: Supervise students from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade; Ensure student safety and well-being at all times; Plan and lead engaging recreational activities; Assist students with homework and academic support as needed; Facilitate positive social interactions and encourage teamwork; Effectively manage student behavior using positive reinforcement; Maintain accurate attendance and incident records; Organize and oversee snack time and outdoor play; Prepare and organize activity materials, keeping spaces clean and safe. Schedule & Compensation: Program Schedule (Session 1 | August 13, 2026 – September 18, 2026) Monday / Wednesday / Friday; Crestwood Elementary School (CRE): Spanish; Ivanhoe Elementary School (IVA): Martial Arts; Riverway Elementary School (RIV): Cooking; Sierra View Elementary School (SR): Digital Arts; Sierra Vista Elementary School (SV): Martial Arts; Tuesday / Thursday: Crestwood Elementary School (CRE): Spanish; Highland Elementary School (HIG): Martial Arts; Ivanhoe Elementary School (IVA): Dance; Sierra View Elementary School (SR): Martial Arts; Compensation: $50 per activity; Start Date: Early August (first weeks of August). Requirements include 18+ years of age; ability and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training prior to the start date; Authorization to work in the US; Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
