Ideation and delivery of creative concepts
Maintenance of creative standards across Greenpark;
Pro-actively supporting the creative production process flow
Reporting and Communication Structure
- This role reports to and advises the Head of Design
Responsibilities
Enhancing creative brief by gathering information and data through research
Interpreting the brand’s needs and developing concept/ ideas
Develop concept boards and generate exciting ideas to fulfill clients’ briefs; and to share finalized ideas and concepts to the team
Work with copywriters, art/ creative director, social media managers
Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements through master creations or produce adaptation designs across multiple platform/ media
Develop designs not limited to illustrations, simple motion graphics (as needed), DI on images/ photos
Ensure all work to be accurate and meets the brand guidelines in a timely manner (within deadline set)
Continuously inspire and share with your peers and subordinates on creative trends and developments
Performance review and personal development
Twice annual review by Head of Design on the basis of:
Overall quality of creative assets as measured through internal and external feedback
Innovation, ideation and pro-activeness in improving creative quality
Efficient delivery of creative assets
Quality assurance and attention to detail
Good relationships with other team/ units
Interpersonal/communication skills
Being a team player
