Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and post invoices.
Identify and apply correct General Ledger (GL) codes to all transactions.
Manage accounts payable activities in compliance with company policies.
Provide daily updates to internal counterparts and clients regarding task completion and invoice status.
Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
At least 6 months of experience in accounts payable.
Detailed oriented and organized.
Good verbal and written English skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
Amenable working night shift
