We are looking for a Recruiter who is ready to become the face of our company in the talent market and act as a true business partner to our C-level management.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with management to forecast hiring needs and execute a scalable recruitment strategy.
  • Full-Cycle Excellence: Manage the end-to-end candidate journey - from initial sourcing and deep-dive screening to offer negotiation and pre-boarding.
  • Niche Sourcing: Use creative methods to identify and engage passive talent in specialized fields (Integration, Middleware, Cloud Architecture).
  • Data-Driven Insights: Track recruitment metrics, analyze the talent market, and provide actionable feedback to hiring managers.
  • Candidate Advocacy: Build long-term, trust-based relationships. At Leadex, candidates are partners, not transactions.

Requirements:

  • Experienced: You have 3+ years of IT recruitment experience, ideally within the IT outsourcing or consulting sector.
  • Self-Driven: You deliver results without constant oversight and take pride in your accountability.
  • Communication: Your English is B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher. You are comfortable negotiating and presenting in an international business environment.
  • Proactive Improver: You don’t just follow processes - you optimize them. You identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.

Who you’ll be recruiting:

Technical roles

  • Developers: Mulesoft developers, Salesforce developers, Java developers.
  • Quality Assurance: QA engineers, AQA engineers.
  • Systems & Infrastructure: System Analysts, DevOps engineers, Solution Architects.
  • Project Delivery: Project Managers, Technical Leads.

Business and Operational roles

  • Sales and Business Development: Sales Managers, Business Development Managers.
  • Finance and Administration: Financial specialists, administrative roles.

Tools and Team:
In this role, you won’t be "starting from scratch" - you’ll have a professional ecosystem at your fingertips:

  • You will manage your pipeline in Huntflow (ATS) and sync with our team via BambooHR (HRIS).
  • While you own the recruitment function, you are never alone. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Administrative & Leadership team, including the CEO, Founder, HR, and Finance Manager, ensuring fast decision-making and seamless offer management.
