Senior Business Development Manager

Ignition is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth within its strategic partner ecosystem. This role requires a data-driven, highly proactive professional capable of building strong relationships across distributors, partners, and vendors.

You will act as a key liaison between Ignition and our partner network, enabling partners to sell and integrate innovative cybersecurity solutions while achieving pipeline and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Partner Development

  • Apply a data-driven approach to identify and accelerate sales opportunities.
  • Increase deal size, improve lead conversion rates, and shorten sales cycles.
  • Achieve revenue and profit targets, ensuring sustained growth of CrowdStrike within assigned partners.
  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact within aligned partners, fostering strong vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with partner account managers to identify and drive key sales opportunities.
  • Support partners in closing deals, providing commercial and strategic guidance.
  • Execute business plans aligned with Ignition’s strategy.
  • Promote partner solutions, helping partners integrate them into their cybersecurity portfolio.

Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Collaborate with Ignition marketing teams to design lead-generation campaigns and partner-focused initiatives.
  • Support specific events, including webinars, roadshows, and customer-focused activities.

Forecasting & Reporting

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to Ignition leadership.
  • Track performance against KPIs to ensure alignment with Ignition’s sales strategy and growth targets.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven sales experience within the IT channel, ideally in cybersecurity or ISV solutions.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Track record of driving results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Commercially savvy with strong negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Flexible and adaptable to work across diverse partner environments.
  • Highly organized, structured, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinker capable of building and maintaining long-term business relationships.
  • Energetic, personable, and a collaborative team player.
