Senior Business Development Manager
Ignition is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth within its strategic partner ecosystem. This role requires a data-driven, highly proactive professional capable of building strong relationships across distributors, partners, and vendors.
You will act as a key liaison between Ignition and our partner network, enabling partners to sell and integrate innovative cybersecurity solutions while achieving pipeline and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Partner Development
- Apply a data-driven approach to identify and accelerate sales opportunities.
- Increase deal size, improve lead conversion rates, and shorten sales cycles.
- Achieve revenue and profit targets, ensuring sustained growth of CrowdStrike within assigned partners.
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact within aligned partners, fostering strong vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with partner account managers to identify and drive key sales opportunities.
- Support partners in closing deals, providing commercial and strategic guidance.
- Execute business plans aligned with Ignition’s strategy.
- Promote partner solutions, helping partners integrate them into their cybersecurity portfolio.
Marketing & Demand Generation
- Collaborate with Ignition marketing teams to design lead-generation campaigns and partner-focused initiatives.
- Support specific events, including webinars, roadshows, and customer-focused activities.
Forecasting & Reporting
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to Ignition leadership.
- Track performance against KPIs to ensure alignment with Ignition’s sales strategy and growth targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven sales experience within the IT channel, ideally in cybersecurity or ISV solutions.
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Track record of driving results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Commercially savvy with strong negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Flexible and adaptable to work across diverse partner environments.
- Highly organized, structured, with excellent attention to detail.
- Strategic thinker capable of building and maintaining long-term business relationships.
