Associate Creative Director, Digital Art
WHAT DOES AN ASSOCIATE CREATIVE DIRECTOR, DIGITAL ART DO? We are seeking a talented and visionary Associate Creative Director, Digital Art to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in art direction, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for digital work. As an Associate Creative Director, Digital Art, you will work closely with the Creative Director and other team members to develop and execute visually compelling Digital work that aligns with our brands vision works, within a Design System and utilizes a component library. They should be a hands‑on creator and strategic leader. The core expectation: they can do the work, elevate the work, and lead the people doing the work—all at once. Must be able to concept, direct, manage, and communicate at a high level while ensuring creative output is strategic, consistent, and delivered smoothly across teams. Guide the creative vision so work aligns with brand strategy and business goals. Elevate ideas—push teams beyond the obvious, refine concepts, and maintain quality. Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables. Think AND execute. Exceptional systems thinking and art direction talent within a multimedia landscape are a must. Make smart look pretty. Be curious. Must have an unquenchable thirst for knowledge — of the problem, the possible solutions and our target — in order to sculpt the digital experiences that convert. Inspire. Not only must you know the trends and innovations in visual design; you need to set the stage for the next wave. Push the envelope. Leverage industry knowledge and creative abilities to push past the safe option into compelling, uncharted territories. Be a leader and team player. Ability to guide creative and collaborate as part of a larger team in an ever-changing environment. Bring laughs. Leave ego. Present the vision. Eloquently explain every aspect of a creative solution and how it solves the client challenge. This means leading rock-solid pitch efforts and presentation prowess. Rock a can-do attitude. You can anticipate and adjust for problems and roadblocks throughout any stage of the creative process. No time? No problem! Be a core contributor. You’re part of the inner circle and responsible for the health of the Creative department. That means finding ways to grow new business, leveraging industry insights and further developing our clients’ brands and helping them move to better ways of working. Easy as pie, right?
