We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) to lead complex projects in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with large, multicultural teams across multiple countries and coordinating stakeholders in distributed environments.

Experience collaborating with Asian teams or communities is considered a strong advantage, as the role may involve short-term delegation or coordination with teams located in Asia.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage large-scale projects using SAFe/Agile methodologies
Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple countries and time zones
Plan, monitor, and deliver projects according to scope, budget, and timelines
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with SAFe practices
Manage dependencies between teams, programs, and stakeholders
Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams
Identify and mitigate project risks and blockers
Provide clear reporting and status updates to leadership
Support continuous improvement and Agile transformation initiatives
Collaborate with global teams, including Asian teams when required

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager
Previous collaboration with Asian teams or communities
Strong knowledge and practical experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
Experience managing large, distributed teams
Experience working in international environments
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work in complex, multi-team delivery environments
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Fluent English

Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
